Default Just made one of my top 5
Nastiest calls in 18 years of EMS. Female was well over 450 pounds, naked, not breathing and in a house with carpet literally oozing dog urine and feces. She was fighting the airway by the time we got there so that is good but I fear the rest of us may suffer some unknown respiratory disease sometime around 2015.

Just talked to my love blob, she said for the record she was not "fighting the airway" she was hungry and trying to eat it. about the dog urine and feces, she was going to get around to cleaning that up once she finished eating her airway.
