[BRII] Hotel Promotion Code - If You're Going, Please Step In

It's time!!!

So far, there are only two reservations made at Hampton for BRII. If you have made your reservation already, please call them to make sure it's associated with the BRII event. Give them convention code BRN.

If you have not made your reservations, please, please, please make them soon. Joy and Michael are really willing to step up for us for this event. However, I'm afraid they're going to think we have no interest if we don't start filling up these rooms.

Here is the link to the hotel.

Online rates are only set up for May 24-27 at $94/night. (If you will be arriving earlier or staying later, please call the hotel at 270-842-4100 to make your reservations and reference convention code BRN.)

Once you hit the hotel's home page, Put in their dates and hit "GO". On the next page there is a section to the right called Special Accounts and Rates. Next to the Group Code type BRN into the box.

I tested the convention code and it is up and running, so if you have any issues, it's user error.

Of course, if you prefer, you're welcome to call the hotel and make your reservations at 270-842-4100. Just make sure to reference the convention code BRN.

EDIT: I am currently talking to them about arrangments on the beer trailer, beer pong table, and the possible use of the conference room for a poker tournament. More details regarding this and other events will be coming soon.


04/18/2012: I sent off an email to see if they will open up additional room at the BRN rate, as we have more people that would like to make reservations. Allan has told us that they informed him he booked the last room in the discount block. I'll update as soon as I hear back.

i'm traveling solo as well, but i'm pretty sure Mrs. DAB would not countenance me sharing a room with another lady.....

What's nice is the Hampton automatically changed my room rate from the previous $99/night to the new, lower $94/night!

That was on the previous page, I typed BRN into the Group code box.

It returned the message (pictured) that the requested rate is not available. The checkbox on the left (in the pic) shows that I entered that code.

The dates I put in are Tue-Sun. I also tried Wed-Sun, and got the same result.
