Barn Stall renewals for current owners will be starting on Jan. 27, 2012.

I will donate all funds from renewals and new stall purchases from now through March 1, 2012 to the bench fund for Steve. Hopefully this will help get the bench in place for a BR II unveiling.

Thanks Gary. I have already donated to the bench fund but I will be sure to get my Barn stall renewal in shortly to take advantage of your offer.

That doesn't include the check I sent them this week, and doesn't include the 25 or so stall renewals received in the past 2 days.

Factoring those contributions, we should be a tad over $2000.

And since Kingpin asked earlier about timeframe. If we want this bench to built in time for BR2, it needs to be funded by the end of March.

Time to get some more auctions going for the cause!

renewed a few days ago. very generous of Gary to divert funds to the bench project.

not a lot of spare cash here, and it's still to cold to play in my woodshop. have a plan for a unique cutting board that would be a good auction item. stay tuned.

It seems we are a ways off from reaching $5000. I had an idea: Since we're close to $2500, how would folks feel about a large brick (measures 24" X 24") for the walkway area as opposed to a bench?

We're nearly at that amount, it's doable by Barn Raising and I think it would still be a great gesture.

Opinions?

Before they began the bench program, large bricks were the best memorial the NCM had.
