Public Appology

Ok.... so I am swallowing my pride and apologizing openly to anyone whom I offended with the comments about age, and about not understanding sarcasm.

I can take a beating with the best of them, however I want the Barn to be a forum where I can cut loose and have fun, and honestly, its lost the fun it had when I first joined.

I am not a "troll," but, I do admit I am a post whore... I love posting on everything I can, knowing whats going on, etc.

I have been honest with you all here on the site, and I have never claimed to be anything more or less than what I am. PLRX knows me from another site, and whether he likes me or not could attest to my honestly about who I am. Also I do know that you all have your conversations about me in areas I cannot see, I appreciate the "undercover" bashing, rather than just blatantly doing so.

Even as you all SHUN me from the site, I visit it daily and even PM with a few of you, but I come to you to finalize this feud.

So I ask you all straight forward, if you all want me gone, or want to continue to ignore me, then I will leave, and if possible simply cancel my account.... If you all are willing to accept my apology for coming on as a newb with a head strong manner, then as I previously stated, I will go.

Its that simple. Just let me know.

the bike is just raw power, why did you get rid of it, hell i only use the bikes maybe 4 months a year, but i would never get rid of them

Look, I was hesitant to answer you but here goes.
1. No one should really care what a bunch of people in any forum really think.
2. If you are new to a forum don't come in guns a blazing arguing with everyone.
3. This is kind of embarrassing don't you think? Just go on with life maybe if you are nice people will like you in the future.

You can recover from all this if you want to, and it looks like you do. You've made the effort, so now just sit back and post when appropriate. It takes time but will happen over time.

When I first hit the Corvette Forum back in 2007, I had never been on a forum. I went head first and posted on a zillion threads. I rubbed everyone the wrong way and was flamed big time. I was called a troll, an imposter, and a fake. Some folks were unable to believe that I was legit because at the time, I owned three 53's and other Vettes as well. "How dare I come out of nowhere and no one had ever heard of me?!!!!"

Anyway, it's been a few yrs now and I learned the hard way but stuck with it and enjoy the forums eveyday.

Just stick with it and enjoy yourself and most of all "learn to laugh at yourself and be thick skinned".

Relax and go slow and it may all work out for you.
